ALPINA Classic Shift Knob – Wood / Glossy Finish (push on type)

Because of great demand the first ever ALPINA gearknob is remade 50 years after it was first developed. Specifically and exactly made after the original model with the serial number 23 10 001, dated to the 23rd of March 1968, the gearknob is produced with the highest quality standards and made from the most precious “Amazakoue” wood. Every gearknob is lathed from a single piece of wood. The west-african wood “Amazakoue” is formed, refined and varnished in Buchloe in morre than 15 work steps after a six week long drying process. Afterwards the ALPINA Logo is embedded and the mounting option is fitted into the knob. This way, drivers of classic ALPINA models can enjoy an original quality product in proper style.
